Review: Lion Guard Hyena Hideout playset

We love the Lion Guard in this house.

You may already know that from my previous review of some of their toys HERE.

We were very lucky to be offered a further Lion Guard playset to review and this time it was the Hyena playset. The perfect accompaniment to the 'Defend the Pride Lands set' as this one is 'baddies' as my children call them, hide out. The very characters that pose threat to Kion and his friends!

Unfortunately, the Lion Guard is SO popular with my children, that the second the post man dropped it off, they had it ripped open and started playing with it - making taking photo's very difficult!

Luckily, I have some much more professional shots of the product so you can see properly just what its like.

As you can see, there is lots of fun to be had with this little playset which is straight from a scene in the popular TV show on Disney Jr.

If you haven't already managed to catch the series, it follows the youngest son of Simba (from Disney's classic 'The Lion King' film), Kion, as he follows in his fathers footsteps to protect the beautiful Pride Lands.

Features of the playset include:

Pull down on a branch to close the creepy bone jaw jail.

Pull down on another branch to launch the destructive boulder. When the boulder collides with the tree, the tree breaks!

If the boulder roll the other way, rock bridge will collapse.

It also includes an articulated Hyena with "Kid Power" features.

All of the Lion Guard playsets are very well thought out with lots to keep children entertained, to spark imagination and to play out scenes from the show, offering hours of fun to be had.

My children definitely give this a massive thumbs up!

The Lion Guard Hyena Hide out is suitable for children aged 3+ and is available from Amazon HERE for £24.99.
